What Does Worker Accommodation Cost in the Rhine-Main Region? 2026 Price Index
In 2026, worker accommodation in the Rhine-Main region costs from €75 net per night for a whole apartment – regardless of how many workers move in. Single rooms are available from €25 per person. This price index is based on our own portfolio of 28 apartments in 10 cities around Frankfurt and is updated continuously.
The biggest cost difference lies in the billing model: per person or per apartment. For crews of 3 or more, the fixed price per apartment is almost always significantly cheaper.

Pay per person or per apartment?
A sample calculation: 6 workers, a 4-week job in Offenbach. A whole apartment with 6 single beds costs, say, €120 per night – that is €20 per person. With providers that bill per head (typically €25–40 per person), you pay €150–240 per night for the same team. Over 30 nights, the fixed price saves €900 to €3,600 – per apartment.
Rule of thumb: from 3 people upwards, a whole apartment at a fixed price is almost always the better deal. For 1–2 people, single rooms (from €25/person in Frankfurt with us) are the cheaper choice.
What additional costs are there?
With us, exactly one item: the one-off final cleaning fee of €80–140 per apartment (depending on size). There is no commission, no agency fee, no service charge and no deposit for company bookings with an invoice. All prices are net; you receive a proper invoice with VAT itemised.
Be careful with booking portals: they often add 10–15% commission or service fees on top of the room price. We are the direct landlord – the price we quote via WhatsApp is the final price.
How construction firms save on accommodation
1. The surrounding area instead of central Frankfurt: Offenbach, Dreieich and Heusenstamm are 15–25 minutes from Frankfurt construction sites and cost significantly less. 2. Book for longer: for jobs lasting several months, better terms are negotiable – ask about a framework agreement. 3. A whole apartment instead of single rooms from 3 people upwards. 4. Use the kitchen: cooking instead of eating out easily saves €15–20 per worker per day – all our apartments have fully equipped kitchens.

Is a deposit required?
For company bookings with an invoice, we do not require a deposit.
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices quoted are net. You receive a proper invoice with VAT itemised – on request as a monthly consolidated invoice.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No, there is no rigid minimum rental period. Stays typically run from 2 weeks to several months; short-notice bookings of just a few nights are also possible.
