What does one of your worker apartments cost?
Our apartments start from €75 net per night – and that is for the WHOLE apartment, no matter whether 3 or 8 workers move in. Plus a one-off cleaning fee. We tell you the exact price straight away via WhatsApp.
Do I pay per person or per apartment?
Per apartment. You rent the entire apartment at a fixed price – no matter how many people stay. For work crews that is much cheaper than per-person billing.
How many people is there room for?
Anything from a single room to groups of 16: individual rooms, whole apartments with up to 8 single beds, or several apartments at the same location.
How quickly do I get a reply?
Usually within 15 minutes. Send us the city, dates and number of people via WhatsApp – you receive a concrete offer right away.
Are the apartments fully equipped?
Yes. Single beds, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, free washing machine (in most apartments even a washer-dryer) and free parking right at the door – also for vans.
How does check-in work – also at night or on weekends?
Around the clock via a key safe. Your workers get the code in advance and can arrive at any time – at night, on weekends or at short notice. No handover appointments.
Am I tied to an agency?
No. We are the direct landlord of our 27 apartments – no agency, no commission, no middleman.
