To account for the costs of a posting, you need a proper invoice made out to your company – with the landlord's German tax number/VAT ID and VAT itemised. That is exactly what we issue, on request as a monthly consolidated invoice covering all apartments and periods. Cash payments without a receipt, or private landlords who issue no invoice, are a risk for your accounting – steer clear of them.

Payment is made conveniently by SEPA transfer from abroad. For company bookings with an invoice, we do not require a deposit.
